Here’s to the Filter
Employees who bring
our values to life

We’re proud to recognize our Values Spotlight winners every month

ValuesSpotlight

At Filter, we applaud the contributions of our colleagues and continually share the successes of teams and individuals. One way we do this is our Values Spotlight program, which recognizes two Filter employees each month who do great work – and display our Filter Values while doing it! Winners are nominated by managers and peers for the embodiment of the Filter Value spotlighted that month, and then celebrated at Filter events along with all other nominees.

Mariah Elliott

“Over the last month, I have challenged Mariah to evolve and grow her work, because I knew that the art director in her was waiting to break out. She did just that and more. I have seen her grow in confidence, collaboration and creatively in such a short time. I can’t wait to see how she continues to produce great work and grow in her role. Way to go!!!”

Thomas Rizzolo

“Thomas is been amazing this past month. I am nominating him for his great work on mapping out a research strategic plan and connecting the dots across many teams, products, and features in the Product and Technology org at T-Mobile. It’s been a gap in the program and Thomas stepped in to do this much-needed work. He has been a fantastic contributor to the team including training our newest researcher and really paving the way for a successful next quarter. Thank you very much, Thomas!”

Daria Tyutikova

“I am consistently amazed by Daria’s performance. Benefits open enrollment is always a challenging time of the year for an HR team, but Daria handled all the challenges thrown at her with patience, care, and persistence. She managed to find solutions when facing issues that seemed impossible to solve at first sight. Daria has been an excellent resource for our employees during the open enrollment season, and her knowledge, experience, and skills continue to be a great addition to our team. Thanks for all the amazing work, Daria!”

Alex Corson

“Alex had a HUGE roll in the success of the You Can’t Stop Sport campaign that launched on 12/28. He worked tirelessly and was extremely supportive and communicative during the entire process. This launch was one of, if not the largest digital campaign Nike has done, not only cross platform but across all Nike activity apps. Understanding those different channels and having strong relationships with the owners of each led to a very successful launch of the campaign. We partnered on every pixel, call to action and journey and Alex was a joy to work with throughout the campaign. He has amazing knowledge of the digital ecosystem and can find answers to everything. He is also very appreciative and grateful for help from all his team. He works extremely hard and without his perseverance, the campaign would not be what it is.

Nancy Snyder

“Nancy embodies love.  She pours her heart and soul into every project no matter how big or small.  Even when she is annoyed with work or people, Nancy always tries to find the positive in the situation.  Nancy is warm and comforting and without her there were times I don’t know if I could have made it through the day.”

Teresa Summerford

“Teresa goes above and beyond, making sure all the individuals she must communicate with feel like they are the most deserving of her time during their interaction. When someone reaches out to her for information that she needs to supply to them to complete a task, she assesses their timeline and makes changes to her own, even if it creates a long day for her, because she values the work they do too. Teresa is known for her detailed work, her ability to work effectively on tight timetables and always meet required deadlines and doing this with a smile every time. Teresa is known for her patience and desire to teach our staff at every opportunity with her recognizable laughter and humor.”

Yes, love.

October Values Spotlight:

Have
Fun!

Rachel Greene

“To bring out the creativity and inject non-work fun for the T-Mobile account team, Rachel has been running an Inktober challenge in Slack, prompting everyone to post a daily sketch from a one-word prompt all October. It’s been a lot of fun and discovered the drawing skills and creativity of our team members. This is just the latest example of the community and team building Rachel helps bring to the team in our continued virtual life.

Sitha Ngy

“What more can I say, it’s Sitha. Honestly; Since the Pandemic has started Sitha has truly found ways to infuse fun into every day, whether is leading our daily team workouts, sending a meme to make everyone laugh, rocking the quarantine uniform with pride or cheering from the sidelines in a thrilling game of heads up. Sitha truly is a big part of what makes logging into work fun.

Manny Arciga

“Manny is really great about trusting his instincts, making swift decisions, and owning it. We are very lucky to have him on our team, always focused on moving work forward and unblocking as quickly as possible. Thank you, Manny!”

Zoe Raiter

“Zoe has been fantastic through all of the Nike change this last couple months, her stoicism striking a brilliant balance, and reminding folks that change management is key. She has raised her hand when others have not and has pointed out important details to new members of the team to ensure the entire picture is presented. I am constantly impressed at her growth and contribution to the company.”

Alena Hansen

Alena is always making and impact on our business and never fails to go above and beyond. She knows our Nike business inside and out… She also has taken on special projects to help bring better clarity to our processes and is always willing to pull data or create a rocking excel sheet when needed. She is an incredible asset to any team she is on, not only because of her remarkable skillset, but because she is always willing and eager to help others.

Ashley Herbertson

Since Ashley joined the team she has gone above and beyond to improve the way in which the team operates. She created an adobe library of frequently used templates and modules, to help reduce the amount of time needed to create an email, without being asked. This has been a huge help to the team, and she continues to look for ways to improve her work processes and share those with her teammates.

Erica Cruz

“Erica has been the ideal team lead and mentor. She goes above and beyond to ensure her team is in the loop with everything that’s taking place. Personally, whenever I’ve had question or need help with a task, Erica is always the first one to be just a phone call away for help and always has a positive attitude. Shoutout to you Erica for being the best team lead out there!

Lauren Robinson

Lauren has been an amazing advocate for the Filterati who are on-site at Nike. She leads the team with reasonable transparency, directness, openness, and empathy that exemplifies this month’s spotlight value – truth and honesty. She has been managing a very difficult tie at Nike with uncertainty caused by the pandemic, social unrest, massive reorgs, and constantly changing contracts. She has provided support but has been honest through this process, not promising what she couldn’t deliver...

Truth and honesty is brave

He always has great ideas and helps explain/articulate them well to the team and in communications! He has been leading the charge with our Merkle U training initiatives which are extremely hands-on and take a lot of coordination. Thank you, Mitchell, for all that you do!
